I created this. It illustrates the dozens of systemic failures around the Florida school shooting.

But the conclusion for liberals?

Do we know that 2 times in 2010, 3 times in 2011, 7 times in 2012, etc etc,

I took liberty with the numbers per year. I don't have access to those records.

Based on this thread, Ending School to Prison Pipeline in FL [resulted in St. Valentine's Day School Massacre-NAACP], you should add to the top a process box labeled "Introduce School Discipline Policy to Divert Student Crime Reporting." All the later decision boxes are based on this policy.

Dade County implemented this policy in 2012, which resulted in Trayvon Martin being suspended and vacationing in Sanford, FL. Broward County implemented this policy in 2013, which resulted in this shooting.
