The people that die of Drug Overdoses are Electing to Die.
People shouldn’t seek painkillers, anyway.
There’s a nobility in suffering, at least
when it’s somebody else doing the suffering.
I’m conflicted about this. On the one hand human life is sacred. On the other some people are so determinably self destructive why reach out. Here in Maryland there is at least one couple who overdosed four times and were saved by medtechs. Where is the line?
