She just admitted that the President of the United States was listening into communications of the Trump Campaign team BEFORE the election.
What did the president know, and when did he know it?
And how, exactly, did he come to know about those “concerning communications”?
So Rice, Obama’s favorite water carrier, waited almost a month to record this CYA message for posterity. That should discredit her phony document from the outset. (That and the fact that she lied her ass off after Benghazi on five Sunday TV shows.)Comey at least says he recorded his lies immediately after his meetings with the President.
Total BS and typical misdirection.
The veracity, the genuineness of such memorializations (which are generically important things and they ARE done; by some more than others) is directly “proportional” to “contemporaneousness” which means that if the self-memo was so important to have written it then it was important enough to have composed and sent it very, very close to the time the meeting occurred. Two weeks is not especially close, not in my book. Suppose she had sent that memo...last week. How about in June of 2017, well after the Trump inauguration? What about August 2017? Would those be soon enough? It was a paragraph as far as I know. A few sentences.
Never mind that Susan Rice is proven liar and conducted dozens and dozens of unmaskings she had no plausible explanation for having performed.
If she was so insanely busy that she could not compose & send such a memo, then the density and frequency of events argue for the immediate and non-delayed sending of such a memo. What was this memo, a 3-page deal?
Every single G*****m thing these people do, they have an excuse for, they have a misdirection for, they have an alternate explanation for. Everything. Everything is a Clintonism.
So he can tell the jury/Congress she is taking the 5th.
A jury would/will look at this to seal a guilty verdict.

Folks....congress has a couple months to wrap up any legislative biz before the committee hearings begin in earnest. The summer will be filled with so many tantelizing revelations and testimony and then the series of serious charges and plea deals will unfold.
Be patient while the peoples business gets taken care of. Then buy popcorn.

3. Some interesting observations :
#1 : Rice now seems to be restricting the participants to Obama, herself, Comey & Gates. Her CYA email of 5 Jan, 2017 specifically included Biden in the meeting.
4. #2: she claims that they never discussed the Steele dossier, quote:
‘In the conversation Ambassador Rice documented, there was no discussion of Christopher Steele or the Steele dossier, contrary to the suggestion in your letter.’
5. #3 : Rice claims that there were ‘concerning communications between members of the Trump team and Russian
officials, before and after the election’ and that ‘concerns about national security’ /...
6. /.. particularly ‘highly classified information about
Russia’ with ‘certain members of the Trump transition team, particularly Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.’
Communications and highly classified information which, of course, no one has ever seen.
7. Note that despite the apparent sensitivity of the meeting, Rice didn’t record the meeting until 20 Jan, in an email she sent to herself. Because ‘I was so busy’.
An email she now claims has the wrong timestamp on it.Because she says she’d left the WH.
I’m not kidding.
8. Then Rice denies knowing anything about the FBI investigation, or FISA warrant until 2017.
Seems odd that Comey and Gates, who had signed the FISA applications, never even mentioned them in a conversation with Rice & Obama about ‘Trump-Russia’ & Gen Flynn.
Very odd indeed.
9. So there you have it. What’s been framed as a ‘reply’ to Sens Grassley & Graham is just a set of talking points for the baying seals of Obama/Clinton’s slave media.
Rice isn’t just continuing to cover her ass. She’s also desperately trying to COA. Cover O’s ass.
10. We now have a meeting with no Joe Biden, where Obama, Comey, Gates and Rice talk about highly classified information, so serious it justified them not sharing it with the new administration.
11. But in this meeting about Trump-Russia, the Steele dossier, FISA spying & FBI investigation were never discussed.
‘We didn’t do nuffin’, promise.’
You can’t make this BS up. Actually that’s wrong.
12. Susan Rice IS making it up and digging the deep hole she finds herself, even deeper.
Why? Because Grassley & Graham already have all the answers to their questions. EVERYTHING.
Rice, being a pathological liar and arrogant as hell, is calling their bluff.
BAD MOVE.
13. The MSM will now spin this non-reply as fast as their lying little minds can manage.
It will change nothing in the real world. Rice has chosen to go down with the others, who no doubt may take her lead and try to spin the same tale.
All to protect Barack.
14. In the real world, all the evidence has been gathered. Now it’s just a question of seeing how many rats fess up with the truth, and how many choose to lie to protect Obama & Clinton.

The timing of Rice's email looks even more suspicious now. It implies they thought a last-minute “insurance policy” would prevent Trump from taking office.
