TCMS XIII ~ Planning Thread

TCMS tradition was broken last year for two very good reasons. That, by default, started a new tradition ~ holding the shoot in the same location! I only fought a little bit to go back to original idea of not going to the same range in consecutive years. The wise ole planning committee feels that the TCMS has found its home.
The TXMS VIII shoot will be held at Hicksville Gun Range, in Gatesville, TX on October 6th, starting at 10:00 a.m. Where once again we can enjoy the range dogs, the owners and lunch provided by our own cook, cpdiii.
I have reserved all of Cherokee Village Resort for October 4 ~ 7, 2018. When calling to make a reservation, mention that you are with the TexasCowboy group. You will have to make a deposit equal to a one night stay.
Let the planning begin . . .

I received a call from Cherokee Village today, they said that only 4 reservations have been made to date. Beginning Monday they will start taking reservations from the general public. Give them a holler . . .
