You get NOTICE, HEARING, AN ATTORNEY , A jury trial — and then we take your rights away if you meet specific statutory standards. We don’t have SHRINKS putting us on a list and if it ever gets to that , you can bet that instead of mentally ill people that think they are cats or the opposite sex, it will be Christians and conservative patriotic Americans that are put on the list to take their guns away. Chuckie needs to remember ONE thing when it comes to banning and confiscation:
THAT DAY is the day the Second Amendment is for. THAT day.
They have all this already!! and there were failures from beginning to end.
Reports of violence in the home was not reported... numerous violations, gone unreported. Others who sounded the alarm were ignored. The police dropped the ball. The FBI dropped the ball. He was allowed to wreak havoc wherever he chose.
There are background checks already in force... they failed to show him as unfit. .. the friendly left police did not put his record on record!
They have all this they are asking for... just one more item... GUN CONFISCATION from all individual citizens of our country... THAT is what they want.. plus they want all the illegals to remain for votes.. put the left back in charge and it’s all gravy train for them from that day forward! The Christians and the conservatives are first in line of removal.... that will take the heat off the left... and then the bushes and all who thought they had it in the bag.. will once again get what they want... obama style governing ...
