First of all I am not a brother, it’s impossible. Second I don’t know why you bring Peggy Noonan up? She was George H.W.Bush’s speechwriter not George W. Bush’s and her articles about him were more negative than positive, because he did not choose her as his speechwriter. Also Col Schlichter made no mention of her.
