USSC might rule after the fact. That won’t stop NY and CA from starting.
Starting? They're already well into it. You cannot buy a semi-auto rifle in New York or California if it has a pistol grip and a detachable magazine. You cannot buy a semi-auto pistol in California if it isn't on their ever-shrinking "approved" list. You can't buy magazines that hold over 10 rounds, and you can't load more than 7 rounds in your New York magazine.
NY and California are always going to be socialist. As a state rights defender, I don’t care what NY or CA do as long as they keep their crap out of Florida and the other 47 states.
