I suspect what is developing is Mueller will quietly offer to shut down his witch-hunt for Obstruction of Justice on DJT if Sessions does likewise against Strzok, Page, Priestap, and others up to Lynch and Obama, who are all guilty of attempting to overthrow Article II of the Constitution.
The Uniparty will attempt to just call it a draw and pretend nothing ever happened.
