If you can raise the age of firearm purchase to 21, what’s to stop them from raising it to 99? Or 256?

Governor Scott is a RINO just as Baker is of Massachusetts....so let me get this straight , I can enlist in the service and get a M16 issued and possibly get killed if deployed but I can’t purchase a firearm if I am under 21 years of ag if I reside in Florida? Also their is a confiscation rule for police thrown in for kicks?....so much for Scott...pathetic sell out. was the animal punk kid that commited this atrocity on any “big pharma” products? It has no rational relationship to keeping guns out of the wrong hands.
So what FL Republicans are telling an 18 year single mom in the inner city who fears for her and her family’s is: tough luck - you’re too young to own guns.
And that comes from folks protected by armed bodyguards around the clock: the hypocrisy is galling.
More than that, if they can take guns from young people, what’s to stop them from taking them from senior citizens
Sure, the Parkland shooting was a tragedy. But bad cases invariably make for bad law.
So, those “youngsters” are being prohibited from buying or handling guns until the age of 21? They are supposedly too young to make that kind of decision and can’t be trusted?
Well then...
Perhaps there should be a second law to accompany that Florida law, where the new bill proposes that, since those 16-21 can’t be trusted with handling weapons, then, they should be prohibited from entering the military where they would be learning to handle weapons a lot more deadly than the ones Florida prohibits them from owning or handling.
The new age for military service will be 21 and above.
What the NRA should be urging is exposing the policy mess that Parkside is and was that permitted those killing to occur

The inability to counter this perverted (they call progressive) agenda created by the democratic party ( in name only) has its goose stepping adherents in the media left make it up as guns and the NRA garbage through their swill mills. When it should be contested by GOP state and federal legislators who should be demanding investigative hearings exposing policy failures

Besides examining the conduct ( cops told not to enter other dept called and does those cops disciplined because they did) and arrangements of the Broward County Sheriff’s Dept made with this school district performance failures due to policy. A dramatic reduction in disciplinary incidents at Parkside were reported after the selection of Obama’s Chicago friend as school superintendent occurred which was publicly acclaimed.
Because that school district was receiving large grant money from Obama’s Attorney General because of those results. That many critics claimed encouraged criminal activity. Which should require Trump Administration US Attorney General beside find out why when the FBI knew that Cruz who should not been able to purchase weapons did. And review these grant programs instituted by the previous Obama administration.
