That comment was made, probably in anger, after Trump implied that Cruz’s father was involved in the assassination of JFK. Levin explicitly ceased being a NeverTrumper, though, on September 6, 2016. “On Tuesday [September 6,2016], talk radio host Mark Levin announced, ‘I’m going to vote for Donald Trump.’” [Breitbart]

Hardly. Much of his Trump-supporting audience, including me, abandoned ship long before the election.
