STUNNING: Jeff Sessions Cited the WRONG LAW when He Recused Himself from Russian Witch Hunt – Took Advice From Obama Lawyers ( full title )

...

Sessions made the announcement the day after he was sworn in as Attorney General after advice from Obama lawyers in the Department of Justice.

...

legal expert Gregg Jarrett told Sean Hannity that Sessions used the WRONG LAW when announcing his recusal. He took advice from OBAMA OFFICIALS and they misled him.

Gregg Jarrett: He betrayed the president. He knew when he was sworn in that he was going to recuse himself and the very next day he put the recusal in motion. He never told the president about that. And by the way he cited the regulation in his recusal… He cited the wrong law. It didn’t apply.

Sara Carter: I think he was being advised badly at the time.

Gregg Jarrett: Yeah, by Obama’s holdovers. Who in the world would believe them?

“...because his public statements suggest he is biased against them.”

Yep, Sessions is Mr. Purity. Recuses himself and turns the investigation over to, exclusively, Obama and Clinton loyalists. Their monetary contributions to Clinton and Obama are so much less than mere public statements.

Wrong, wrong, W-R-O-N-G!

Sessions is WORSE than worthless and hasn't done much of ANYTHING at all. This whole "behind the scenes" crap is utter tripe and wishful thinking.

... he refused to accept Rosenstein's resignation as U.S. Attorney for the Maryland District while all this was going on.

Rosenstein was the only "Republican" appointed holdover going back to the Bush administration, so he kept him.

Pretty straight forward.

Perpsective:

We had 8 years of wholesale treason and lawlessness under the O’muslim regime with NO JUSTICE and the first thing that rat bastard does is recuse himself in the face of a hoax. He had to ‘work really hard’ to find a good excuse/rule/law to recuse himself from a HOAX and put his pals rosenstein and mueller in charge of the DOJ.

For those of you in Rio Linda, the fact that mueller ended up heading a soviet style special counsel coup against Trump did not happen by accident. It was orchestrated from the get-go with that beady-eyed rat bastard, Jeff Sessions.

The irony is that Obama and Clinton operatives don’t have to rescue themselves and no one is clamoring for them to do so.

It’s notable to me that every answer he gives refers to “we”, or, “taking something under advisement”, or, “we” will “consider” this or that.>>> he has a mouse in his pocket.

If he won’t say it I will. He should have fired sessions 10 months ago for not using comey’s report to indict hillary and starting other investigations on her.

BS?

Which part?

Trump was irate with Session when he recused himself, and Sessions certainly will not finish four years at the job. He will be gone as soon as Trump sees a clear way. Up to now, Republican senators have prevented it.

Session’s recusal has brought down misery on the whole nation, not to mention the Trump administration. If Session wanted to stab Trump in the back, what would he be doing differently?

Trump kept him because he wanted him to be Deputy AG. If Rosenstein resigned as directed (by Sessions!) and he wasn’t confirmed for another two months, then he’d be getting job offers from big D.C. law firms and would likely lose interest in the Deputy AG post.

“Weeeeell doggies”

Jeff ‘Snooze’ van Sessions is as useless as a cow in the ocean; no, worse.

All you ‘Dreamers’ who think he has something up his sleeve, fat good that will do if the deep state, including McConnell, take down the elected President of the United States, the only one who has done a damn thing to put this nation FIRST in the last thirty years.

Not BS as far as this article is, just tired of trying to discern in general what stories to believe are true or BS. That’s all

Trump has made some ( far too damned many !) very stupid mistakes re hiring/staffing many posts. So yes, Trump WAS extremely stupid and politically naive and unprepared.

Though he had never actually been a politician, before, he had rubbed shoulders ( and more ) with a whole host of them and should have known far MORE, than he did. Also, he should NEVER have pulled the stupid NEPOTISM crap!

And should he really make the person rumored to be the Ambassador to Luxembourg ( not that that post is important ), a fact, then it's just a damned, stinking "payoff" and dumb! How do I know this? BECAUSE I KNOW THE PERSON ! So, HELL YES, I AM a "wise one"!
