In a group with an Indian boss. He only hired Indians that just so happen to graduate from the same high school he did in India. I’m not sure how he was able to do this but they were all H1B and had some family contacts with his family in India.
Nepotism using H1B is how I saw it. I pointed this obvious gaming of the system but eventually quit. No one in corporate America cares.
One out of 20 have any interest in the US they listen to Indian news and all have socialist tendencies. The system is corrupt and Indians know how to use the corruption to maximum advantage.

I suspect that when my company finally gets rid of me, it will take at least 3, possibly 4, and service will still suffer.
When this (liberal) Bozo gets replaced by multiple H1-Bs & is still stuck paying $4,000 per month for his apartment, only then will he learn the lesson.
Ship them all back. I’ve seen too many lives destroyed due to H1-B.
