Hardy! I keep FB partitioned from just about everything and I have fun tormenting them. For a while they thought I lived in a town 500 miles away and that I was Hispanic.

A young friend of my family is a big shot in tech and has the pulse of everyone he works with, all of them kool-aid drinking millennials.

He’s an enigma to his peers because he doesn’t have any social media accounts, works remote and only visits the office one day a week or when there’s a crisis that needs to be fixed.

One guy tried to find his social media and told the kid he was a ghost on the internet.

Back in the early 1960s my Grandpa was on the local USDA farm committee. A secretary showed him the office manager had Rs and Ds on the folders. They fired the manager.

All the manager had to do is say R stood for Retard, and D stood for Dumbass.

I actually have a few FB accounts that I use for gaming. I have posted and/or communicated with others on a couple of them...but the rest, I use for gaming only....but they are all “friends” with each other (and none friends with my *real* FB account...long story)

Anyway - on one of them - I am actually “friends” with Bill Ayers...just so I can see what he’s up to. I’ve made a few comments on hist stuff, but not much...The status on that one is (very liberal) - go figure.

They have me down as conservative. I joined in 2008 because I had to get some information off of a client's page for a book he was writing. I've never posted. I did "like" a Mike Rowe post and went to the Free Republic site once when it was down. (Those are my only two activities on FB.)

I have 3 friends: one a business contact (no knowledge of his political leanings), one my SIL (a conservative), and the other is a super-liberal friend of my deceased SIL.

Oh, and they have me as Asian American, which I'm not.
