Newsweek ^ | April 3, 2018 | Stuff

China's military leadership has pledged its support to Russia as tensions between Moscow and the West further deteriorate into diplomatic isolation, economic sanctions and dueling defense drills.

In his first visit to Russia, newly appointed Chinese Defense Minister Wei Feng attended the seventh Moscow International Security Conference accompanied by a delegation of other high-level military officials. Emphasizing that his trip was coordinated directly with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Wei said that he had two major messages for Russia at a time when both nations were attempting to modernize their armed forces and strengthen their hands in global affairs in spite of U.S. fears.

Glad to see that the likes of Clapper, McCain, Comey, the NY Times, WaPo, Clinton and all the DC neocons have driven Russia into a stronger military and political alliance with China.

Valid point. Turkey has found the way to reconciliation with Russia after being at war since 1200 ad. Why can’t China being at Cold War with Russia for only 60 years.

Why do these morons (including jong-un) think America would want to invade their welfare ridden nations?

US has invaded more countries than China or Russia since 2000. Putin warned us that two of those invasion- Iraq and Libya - would create big problems. We didn’t listen. In Syria, instead of invading, we financed Christian-killing jihadis in a regime change war against Assad. Putin rescued the country’s Christians by defeating our scheme. The war monger in DC have me more worried than anything Russia or China can do to me. DC’s warmongers spend my tax dollars and run up the US deficit and debt. Russia and China don’t Our homegrown warmongers even want to start drafting women , like my granddaughter, to bleed for their aggressive schemes. I fear them more than Putin or Xi

Kinda makes you wonder who was really behind that recent poisoning in Britain. Maybe the Chinese should be added to the list of politically incorrect suspects, along with the North Koreans, deep-state EU, etc.

US went to war against welfare-ridden Libya. Think that was a good idea? How about our covert war against welfare-ridden Syria? You ok with that?

“Why do these morons (including jong-un) think America would want to invade their welfare ridden nations?”

Easier access to natural resources, pipeline routes and ports for deep state players.

See Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan and the recent attempts to do the same in Syria.

American blood for globalist Trillions

It'll be Ok. We're going to borrow another $700 billion for the military this year, encourage more queers and tyrannies to enlist, and drive off more experienced people. Not to even mention the miracle F35 and retirement of more A10s to make our forces even more powerful.

So, relax, it's all taken care of.

China will back Russia, but there will be a cost for doing it. Not necessarily money, probably a little more real estate.

China is reduced to siding with anyone who sides against America. Their weakness is on display for all to see.

But the idea that Russia and China share any other common interest is ludicrous. They are natural enemies.

Just as the Russians are natural friends to us.

Yeah, lot’s of politics and policies get in the way of that, but we are so much alike I often marvel at the fact we point nukes at each other instead of beer taps.

No on Libya. I would prefer no presence in Syria.

Yeah, I’m ok with that.

There will never really be an alliance between the ChiComs and the Russians. Neither of them trust each other.

“” “” Just as the Russians are natural friends to us.”” “”

That was true maybe fifteen year ago but questionable to say the least nowadays.

"" "" There will never really be an alliance between the ChiComs and the Russians. Neither of them trust each other."" "" Well, it makes sense but then you need to learn the history of WWII. Western arrogance tends to produce strange bedfellows.

“The US doesn’t need China!” My roommates reaction when Carter normalized relations. Doesn’t mean we had to give away the store in manufacturing. Now we are paying the price.
