The IRS remains weaponized by the magic negro against the People. The Constitutional wrongs have not been remedied, no accountability for crimes committed.
Not to mention the gigantic amounts of ordinance sequestered by Obama for the IRS, have people forgotten?

Just as none of that money going to TEA Party will be the dollars belonging to the IRS persons responsible. That money was once yours, mine, and ours before the claws of government snatched it from our pockets. John Q Public corkscrewed again.
The penalty should be paid by garnishing Lois Learner’s pension. Otherwise her cost for weaponizing the IRS for political purpose is zero.

Te damages to be awarded are not even a slap on the wrist. It is not enough to compensate for the actual losses incurred by the plaintiffs. 3.5 billion would be a meaningful award. 3.5 million is pennies on the dollar.
$3.5 million, after legal expenses, divided by 100...

This was not a criminal proceeding. It was civil. As such it could not address the criminal activities involved. It does, however, stand as a finding of guilt by the IRS that can now lead to criminal charges brought against the perp traitors. It remains to be seen which jurisdiction will bring those charges.
For a class action, this is chump change imho. Only one getting anything is the lawyers. Punitive damages should have been taken into account.

After attorney fees, each group will see $1.53. That’s how class action suits always work. I once joined a class action suit against Citibank over some interest fee shenanigan on credit cards. Citibank was forced to cough up millions. I received a check for $2.11.
This was criminal ....and Lois Lerner and John Koskenin should be in prison! And where was Obama???...they were both meeting with him at the White House while this was going on.

Sounds like a judge is just making sure his fellow lawyers get paid and the Tea Party groups get nothing.
