Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz will have dinner Tuesday at the White House with President Donald Trump
He tells DailyMail.com that the Department of Justice violated Trump lawyer Michael Cohen's rights when it seized his documents on Monday
The government will set up a team of agents and lawyers to review the material to make sure prosecutors don't see anything 'privileged'
That could include documents covered by the sanctity of an attorney-client relationship, whose mere presence in prosecutors' hands could 'taint' a case
But since those 'taint teams' are made up of government agents, Dershowitz says the DOJ already has them which is unconstitutional

Yes and that one is the one for Field Agents.
Good points all.
I was glad to hear him speak out but feel he may just be another Clinton mole.
While this is going on, the GOP is nowhere to be found and refuse to protect the Republican President. They are despicable.
It’s hard to believe that Mastermind Mueller would make such a mistake, yet here we are with THE MOST SACROSANCT
of rights...the attorney/client privilege...being trampled.
When I first heard about the home invasion, I thought, boy,
Mueller must know of some arcane law that allows him to do that. Come to find out...there is no such arcane law and Muller should be made to pay for that blatant disregard.
I think, now, his days are numbered. And it won’t be by President Trump firing him.
Thanks Enchante.
Doubtful, unfortunately. i think for a variety of reasons this horse has legs. Just saying....
LOL....everyone in that pic looks photoshopped in.
Praying you are right!!
p
Good. Let the coup leaders open the door to a full investigation and exposure of the Lolita Express.
there’s an article here on FR, yesterday I think, written by a well-spoken attny (in that I could read and understand most of the legaleze) who defended a position that a ‘taint’ team isn’t sufficient, that they needed to have a “master” or other court person doing the searching and sealing everything for a judge’s eyes, not agents. To preserve attorney-client privileged communications which are not preserved under a ‘taint’ team situation. A ‘taint’ team can take months to go through material, dragging it well beyond midterms, with no one overriding that they only review material specifically asked for under the warrant.
In the meantime, the hooker’s attny is burning up the interview circuit. I hope they cuff him for extortion.
#4. This is bigger than Epstein’s plane. I’ll trade Epstein and Clinton for Mueller Rosenstein and Weissman.
Dershowitz said on Fox that he had a prearranged meeting with White House staff on the topic of the Middle East and Israel, a subject he is passionate about, and Donald Trump invited him to dinner afterwards. I can’t help but think some talk came up about the raid. I hope he gave Trump some good tips.
And who is going to do PDJT's bidding? He has no Justice Department or FBI to investigate anybody!
Thanks Enchante. Headline next week, Mueller raids homes and offices of Trump dinner guests?
Maybe that’s why he’s cozying up to Trump.
Perhaps.
But the major Constitutional issue began when Rosenstein appointed Mueller and going forward when he amended Mueller’s mandate, after the warrant on Manafort’s house
Someone feel free to correct me, but.....
There has to have been a crime...there wasn’t.
For some reason, the DOJ investigating the “crime” would have to show some type of conflict of interest...they can’t, since there was no crime
After the unnecessary warrant on Manafort’s home and the seizing of privileged records, Rosenstein made amendments to Mueller’s mandate....not sure he can move the goal posts in the middle of the game.
And, now it’s devolved into a porn star and the President’s personal lawyer. Can’t wait to get the info in the affidavit for that warrant. Hard to imagine how much bullsh*t is in there.
Not true.
Although, at one time, having a law degree was one of the criteria, along with having a degree in Accounting, for example, was another criteria.
That “lawyer” thing came from Hoover’s days when all he wanted were, Nerds, like him to be able to carry guns and badges. One of the biggest problems with the FBI is they don’t hire “cops”, they hire college kids, who don’t know sh*t, but think they’re smarter than everyone else in the room. Except for a very small handful, when you meet or work with a good agent, chances are they were a cop, beforehand.
Mueller, the RINO’s and the RAT’s are desperate to find dirt on Trump, and have resorted to seizing Trump’s attorney’s files to find the dirt - even if it is illegal. Who is going to hold them accountable for illegal activity?
