Michael Cohen, president Trump’s personal lawyer, again on Saturday denied that he ever traveled to Prague during the 2016 election, as alleged in ex-British spy Christopher Steele’s dossier funded by the Democratic Party.
Mr. Cohen tweeted in response to a McClatchy News story that said specialcounsel Robert Mueller has evidence that he traveled to Prague in August 2016. The dossier said he went there to meet with Vladimir Putin aides to supposedly discuss covering up Russian-Trump hacking into Democratic Party computers.
Mr. Cohen has testified repeatedly under oath, and thus under the penalty of perjury, that he never made such a trip. He has filed a libel suit against BuzzFeed, which published the dossier.
He tweeted on Saturday: “Bad reporting, bad information and bad story by same reporter Peter Stone @McClatchyDC. No matter how many times or ways they write it, I have never been to Prague. I was in LA with my son. Proven!”

FOX reported yesterday the search was related to pre-campaign business dealings. Where have we heard THAT before....
They probably don’t care if they can prosecute, as long as they drag the case past the next election.

At that time, CNN's Jake Tapper, said something to the effect, that based on their reporting, he was telling the truth and did not travel to Prague. IOW, CNN corroborated his story.
Now they are saying something completely different.
Of course, it is not based on any reporting this time. It is more expedient for their current storyline to say that he is lying about not being in Prague.

What does any of that have to do with Cohen supposedly writing a check to Stormy Daniels out of campaign funds? I thought that was the reason given for raiding his office.

Sounds like the "proof" that Cohen went is part of the DNC set up.
The "dossier" has been discredited many times. Why would Mueller re-cycle false information through the same discredited writer?
“Show me the man,” says any federal prosecutor, “and I can show you the crime.” Somehow the Stalin/Beria technique has found its way into Mueller's camp?

But Cohen does not look Jewish! Actually he looks very close to one of my dorm-mates, an Italian boy from NJ. It is eerie how much he reminds me of the NJ Italian ancestry student.
I don’t believe anything that isn’t put out into public by a court. (and not always that.) Till there are consequences for officials lying, or presstitutes lying, then there will be no accepting of their word that anything is as they say.
We should attempt dominance of all airwaves, but the least we should settle for is parity.
Having political hacks like Stephanopolous controlling the news fed to the American Public ought to result in million dollar per day fines against the Broadcast networks.
