I don't want crazy people to kill themselves. I also do not want them to be running the country, which seems to be happening a lot these days.

He’s hardly the first far left homosexual activist to be certifiably mentally ill and to take his or her own life.

Mr. Buckel became involved in environmental causes, which he alluded to in his note as the reason he decided to end his life by self-immolation with fossil fuels.
That makes sense........................

Wow. This has to be the first documented case of a wacko environmentalist in LUV with Mudder Erf, actually walking the walk instead of just talking the talk.
Can’t not be impressed a little...

So, in essence, he wanted to create a martyr to a cause, so that martyr - himself - would become a new rallying point for it.
His self-centered arrogance about himself was already obvious in the legal arguments he used in the New Jersey case. New Jersey already had a civil partnership law and the “marriage” ruling altered nothing at all in terms of essential protections for a “gay” couple. Like all similar rulings it was not about “protections” for the persons in the civil partnership, it was about using law to mandate social acceptance. From those rulings “education” has drawn cause to incorporate that mandate of social acceptance into the curriculum. It all, in a deep sense, is not about freedom and Liberty but a denial of freedom of Liberty for everyone who disagrees with the idea that their thought be corrected, in accordance with the law.
