I find that sort of thing very un-classy. People even brag about doing it.
Our local high-end AV, stereo, and video store just solved that problem by holding their “Going Out of Business” sale. 40 years at that location. Gone. One of the greatest camera stores ever shuttered it’s doors a couple years ago.

I just bought a new WiFi router, new printer, and two toner cartridges from them.
The owners are devout Jews, so Friday sundown to Sunday morning you can put items in your basket, but you cannot check out.
It,took me five clicks and under a minute to buy the new WiFi router! I did all the research beforehand on several other sites.
Expect to see lots more nail salons in all the available retail space!
That sounds like a morality problem with the customers. I usually buy from the store, and I certainly would after somebody went through all that effort for me.
