A Mennonite pastor who helped a girl and her birth mother escape the United States to evade her court-imposed lesbian mother has been freed after serving almost 24 months in a U.S. federal prison.
Kenneth Miller, a pastor with the Beachy Amish Mennonites of Virginia, was convicted in 2013 of having helped Lisa Miller and her daughter Isabella (both unrelated to Kenneth Miller) to flee the United States. They left the country in late 2009 to evade court-imposed visits to Lisas former civil union partner, Janet Jenkins.
According to a website created by Kenneth Millers supporters, the pastor was released from prison on March 6, and was given a grand welcome at our church by flashing lights, sirens, and a shower, courtesy of the Amish Auxiliary of the Stuarts Draft Volunteer Fire Dept.

What rubbish.
They left the country in late 2009 to evade court-imposed visits to Lisas former civil union partner, Janet Jenkins.
And yet, homosexual hero Larry Brinkin gets 6 easy months in jail for dealing in the most debased, unbelievable child porn imaginable.
Lemme guess, lesbian mom hooked up with another partner just like the last one?
We need to crowd fund this pastor.
That would depend upon whether the father in question had removed his clothes to take a bath with his 5-year-old daughter, wouldn't it?
From: Experts testify to trauma experienced by Isabella Miller in sworn testimony now published online
Last year, Isabella put a comb up to her neck and said she wanted to kill herself after one of the visits, Miller told LSN. She took a comb and pressed it into her neck and said, I want to kill myself. I dont know where she got that. It was immediately after a visit. Other people have seen huge changes. She also started openly masturbating which is not something that my child has done.
She is 6 now but this started when she was 5 after visits. The very first time that Janet ever saw Isabella after the two and a half years, her very first over-night visit the court ordered it and I allowed it because it was in Virginia and she was supposed to have been supervised by her parents, Isabella came home and said, Mommy, will you please tell Janet that I dont have to take a bath anymore at her house.
I asked her what happened. She said, Janet took a bath with me. I asked her if she had a bathing suit on. No, Mommy. She had no clothes on and it totally scared Isabella. She had never seen this woman except once in 2 ½ years and she takes a bath with her.

That’s child sex abuse. Court ordered.
No, read the article. She repented and turned her life around and began associating with Mennonite Christians to reform.
The courts “deemed” the former lesbian partner, who never officially adopted the child nor was named on the BC, as effectively a “parent,” and granted her visitation rights to see Lisa’s little girl on specific weekends. The little girl became very reluctant to go on these visits, and told her mother that the lesbian non-mom would often bath naked with her. She was visibly traumatized.
The court heard this testimony but refused to at least mandate supervised visits. As any sane, loving mom would do, Lisa simply refused to allow her daughter into the hands of this deranged lesbian. The court than stripped Lisa of primary custody to give to the demanding lesbian. Lisa then fled the state, and the country, with her daughter to protect her from this unconscionable situation. Of course, involved Mennonite ministers were implicated and charge with facilitating “kidnapping.” “Kidnapping” of her own daughter.
The father can be the biological father.
So far two women cannot both be the biological parent.
If this girl's mother is protecting her from a woman who is not related to her, I don't see any problem with the situation.
And the guy was damn lucky to only do 2 years. Of course, I’m sure that now he’s a felon, he can’t own guns or vote anymore. He’d better not spit on the sidewalk while he’s on probation/parole, too.
I’ll bet it wasn’t the golf course prison, either.
I hope you’re being sarcastic.
Leftists can facilitate the harboring of illegal aliens all day long and they won’t get so much as a ticket. And yet this pastor gets two years? Unbelievable.
I vaguely remember this case, I don’t think they have ever caught up with the mother. The girl must be an adult or nearly so now, if I recall she was 9 or so when they fled in 2009.
I'm sure law enforcement is still looking for them and I pray they never find them.
What that lesbian/homosexual did constitutes abuse of a minor and the god forsaken courts allowed it.
This is the kind of garbazh we get with legal “gay marriage.” Yes, Christians will suffer for doing the right thing before God.
So you can freely come into the states via illegal immigration, but are not allowed to leave. Sounds like a double standard.
All Federalized homoerotic indoctrination of legal minors in public schools is court-enforced child abuse.
God will not ignore this wickedness forever.
Whatever it takes to back “gay marriage” out of this status, if it can’t be backed out completely, has to be done. I’m sure such visitations could be done without such sexual shenanigans, but they are less likely. Just as there’s more crime in black communities. It’s the same blind-to-inequality-of-outcomes insistence of the left.
The church needs to get quite clear about this — be saved by love and grace, or else be counted an enemy unrepentant scoffer.
