They are definitely in that tiny nest like fluffy sardines! LOL!

I hadn’t checked that nest in a while but just did. Wish we could see the lil fuzzball better. Too many sticks blocking the view on both cams which is why I haven’t paid much attention.

No kidding. They move and one could tumble out.
They don’t have room to play like the other owlets we’ve watched over the past few years.

Yes, that nest hides the babies very well. It will be better when they’ve gotten a bit bigger. I almost forgot to check this one, too, but remembered that the eggs were laid at about the same time as the ones in Latvia.

Guess I’d better head out. I didn’t really get a nap thanks to black kitty and now my eyelids are getting very heavy. I’ll probably scroll through a few of the nests and then log out.

See ya for some tunes tomorrow night?

The view at Estonia is excellent, as is Raimis’s and Milda’s nest. I’m looking forward to their babies after waiting so long. Next week!

I hope you’ll be able to get a good sleep tonight.

Might be here tomorrow night, at least for a short time. I called about the museum being open Sat. but got the guy’s voice mail. No return call tonight and I hope he’ll call tomorrow saying they’ll be open.

Hi du ((HUGS))

I did get out. Had doctor appointment and errands; treated myself to a yummy salad at Panera Bread (bought two bagels for Saturday morning breakfast).

It’s Friday morning and raining like crazy. Will be glad when I can turn the heat off.

Weekend is looking really nice. Going out today to local butcher to get stuff for grilling.

I was looking at the radar on the news and this storm system is moving in almost a south-to-north direction; usually ours moves in west-to-easterly direction.

Enjoy your weekend.

Welcome to the Canteen, Huaynero....you wouldn't need to worry about getting wet, that's for sure. LOL!

In '98-'99 I was a visiting professor at Marmara University in Istanbul. During a University holiday I took a tour of historical sites in Turkey, including Gallipoli. The holiday happened to coincide with Anzac Days. I encountered a lot of Aussies and New Zealanders at the site. Nice museum there with relics of the battle.
