Yikes! However,although I’m not a lawyer I’d be willing to bet that a woman (or girl) could sue in Federal court for damages in such a case.In fact I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t some Federal criminal statute that would allow for prosecution....civil rights,for example.
There are millions of acres of pristine forest there. Places that no one goes, ever. Large distances where no one can hear you scream.
I’m surprised that people get away with so much in Maine.

I get your point, but in this case its not a matter of juvenile behavior on the part of Democrats. Its more a sign of desperation and just how far they are willing to go to harvest the votes of certain segments of the immigrant population, even to the point of countenancing cruelty and immorality.
