The prison industry also opposes any type of marijuana declassification/decriminalization. Go figure.

Maybe yes and maybe no.
Why don’t you focus on some of the bigger fish you are supposed to be frying, Jeff?

Sessions is so willfully blind when it comes to cannabis, IMO.
Also, it wouldn’t surprise me if he can recite the opening rant to “Reefer Madness”.

Wow. He really is on the job.

I don't believe that will be sustained in the long runAnother ideologue who assumes reality will sooner or later conform itself to his preconceptions.
Say, you don't think he's been posting to FR under a couple dozen aliases ... ?

Somebody finally wake old Jeffy up? About time.

Even the Governor of Colorado has admitted that he may back repeal of Colorado’s law permitting marijuana.
Based on early indications of increased crimes directly related to pot use.

The mellow marijuana of the 60s is a loooong way from the mega-powerful marijuana produced today.

“Even the Governor of Colorado has admitted that he may back repeal of Colorados law permitting marijuana.”
I believe he offered an opinion vs “admitting” anything.
“Based on early indications of increased crimes directly related to pot use.”
What he actually said was: Trust me, if the data was coming back and we saw spikes in violent crime, we saw spikes in overall crime, there would be a lot of people looking for that bottle and figuring out how we get the genie back in, he said. It doesnt seem likely to me, but Im not ruling it out.
