I have been enraged for several days now about what is happening to this President, his family, his associates and our country.
I just read this and thought it was well worth the time to read. It calmed me down a bit.

Read the article. It makes an interesting case that there are fundamental ethical and legal “defects” inherent in Muller’s witch hunt that are being exposed in his obsessive pursuit to get Trump on something. However, I think the premise that Sessions is engineering an elaborate scheme to turn people inside DOJ is wishful thinking. This kind of speculation is not supported by any known facts. In fact, Trump’s increasing frustration with Sessions is all too well known.
I hate to be the wet blanket on this but if Sessions was actually doing something, don’t you think by now some of it would have leaked out of an agency whose management is filled with people of dubious integrity, loyalty, and political motivation? Its a stretch to believe that Sleepy Sessions is any different than the people who supposedly work under him. He has abdicated his responsibilities to Rosenweasel, who is the defacto AG.
That said, there is one bright spot that people seem to be forgetting: the upcoming Horowitz testimony and release of his report this month. Though not expecting lots of bombshells, I predict it will put the anti-Trump brigade on the defensive for at least a few days. There should be enough revelations in it to fuel some great Trump tweets and provide fodder for Rudy’s media offensive.

There are strong grounds to suspect AG sessions has impaneled at least two other grand juries he’s keeping under wraps, but more importantly I wouldn’t be at all surprised if covered warrants for various individuals are being drawn up.
Once you open up warfare on the legalities front, you in effect begin the construction of an intricate machine that on an almost daily basis becomes ever more complex. In the end, it has way too many moving parts for you to keep an eye on all of them. People can no longer just mouth off unsubstantiated rumors as facts; they have to restrict themselves to provable facts that can withstand a cross-examination. If you make up stuff, otherwise known as lying under oath, you open yourself up to legal punishment, as Bill Clinton found out when he was impeached for lying to Congress.

The latest effort of the DNC on the lawfare front is to sue Russia, Wikileaks and various people involved in the Trump campaign, but notably not Trump himself. Call me cynical, but interestingly, none of the supporting paperwork mentions any “facts” thrown up by a year’s worth of the Mueller shenanigans in support of the suits. It is of course madness, not only because there’s no hope of winning any case against any of those parties, but even if a case could be brought to a successful conclusion, it would neither fill their severely depleted coffers with money nor would it roll back the election result of 2016.

Patently, there’s no win there for them beyond trying to irritate various people, but there are several downsides to such a dumb move. I’ll mention only one, since it’s already been mention by the Don himself on Twitter, and that is it introduces the legal complication of the discovery process. Essentially, that means I get the legal right to see the documents and evidence you’re basing your accusation against me on, never mind getting sucked into the obvious move of a counter suit. You either have to hide the embarrassing internal documents, and risk legal punishment, or you have to hand them over to eventually appear in open court.
But that’s not the big danger that goes with such a dumb move. They’ve learnt nothing from the Mueller débâcle, and if they persist along the legal Yellow Brick road, Trump will run exactly the same number on them as he did with Mueller, and make equally sure that road ends abruptly at a similar precipice. Of late, the DNC have that sweaty smell of hurried desperation about them, so I wouldn’t put it past them to plough on with such a bad move.
Time will tell.
What’s beyond doubt though, is that there’s only ever been one person manipulating the strings attached to various witting and unwitting puppets all the way through the hearings, and that’s been Trump. What was originally intended to hurt him, has by design been reversed to end up hurting them badly. All in all, he played the Mueller investigation beautifully."

A former Trump campaign advisor spoke exclusively with Big League Politics to expose the inner workings of the never-ending investigation into President Donald J. Trump’s alleged Russian “collusion.”
“Dan Jones, the former Senate Intelligence staffer, has raised millions of dollars to fund continued exploration of the bogus [Steele] dossier,” said Michael Caputo, longtime Republican strategist and Trump campaign advisor.
Daniel J. Jones is a deep state operative and President of The Penn Quarter Group, a Washington D.C. based investigative research firm. He spent four years in the FBI before joining the United State Select Committee on Intelligence under then-Senator Jay Rockefeller, and subsequently under Sen. Dianne Feinstein.
“As someone who has a lot of [Capitol] Hill experience I can tell you that Dan Jones is working very closely with his former Democratic colleagues on the Intelligence Committee to feed them information to keep this bogus narrative going,” Caputo said.
“If you see the stories out there with unnamed sources, it’s become very clear that Dan Jones is one source, and he goes and gets another – no doubt from among his colleagues on the partisan hit-squad at the Intelligence Committee,” he continued.
Jones and his firm also work closely with another Washington-based research group, Fusion GPS. As reported by ZeroHedge, leaked text messages between Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) and lobbyist Adam Waldman show that Jones was “intimately involved with ongoing efforts to retroactively validate a series of salacious and unverified memos published by Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence agent, and Fusion GPS.”
The unverified Steele Dossier was used to predicate the entire investigation into the Trump campaign, and since then there have been numerous leaks of classified intelligence related to the investigation. The dossier research was initiated by Democrat-funded Fusion GPS which is owned by Glenn Simpson. The intel contained in the dossier was gathered by former British spy Christoper Steele.
“[Jones] is raising millions of dollars to pay Glenn Simpson, to pay British spies, to pay Russian spies, to fully develop the angles introduced in the dossier,” Caputo said. “Dan Jones is working with Russia.”
“And by the way, Fusion GPS of course used to work for [Russian Lawyer Natalia] Veselnitskaya, so they’re already being paid by Russians,” he said. “Veselnitskaya, as we know now, is on the payroll of the Kremlin. Where did Dan Jones raise his money? How much of it came from overseas?”
The very investigators working with Robert Mueller and his team to smear Trump as a Russian crony are working with the Russians themselves.
“The reason why the [Dan Jones] story has gotten no traction, is because Dan Jones is talking to the media as well,” Caputo said. “They don’t want to cut off the nose to spite the face. [The media] don’t advance the story because that will be the last time they hear from the Russian-funded Dan Jones operation. This is where the collusion is. This is where the conspiracy is. Part of the conspiracy are the reporters who refuse to cover Dan Jones’ activities.”
As suspected, bad actors working in the annals of the deep state with the Mueller investigation are cooking up phony intelligence reports, and then leaking them to the media with the explicit goal of taking President Trump down. This is now undeniably confirmed by Caputo, who has been at the center of the investigation.
In fact, Caputo was interviewed for three hours by Mueller on Wednesday. As reported by Big League Politics, his life has been turned upside down by the Mueller witch hunt, causing death threats to his family, and costing him hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and travel expenses to meet with investigators in Washington.
Worse, Caputo has been intimidated into silence by Mueller and his cronies. In what can only be described as a mafia-style shakedown, Caputo has been instructed to keep quiet about his dealings with Mueller.
“How do I say this without getting in trouble?” he said. “That should tell you everything right there. I can tell you this: I’m afraid to speak my mind.”
Caputo said that he will never work on another Republican campaign in his life, and that he believes that no one should, unless indemnified to do so. The risk is simply too great. When Democrats lose, they do not accept defeat. They seek to personally ruin anyone who involved with their loss, evidenced by Mueller’s fiasco.
The methods of Mueller’s investigation do not remotely resemble the ways in which normal criminal investigations are undertaken in America. In light of this travesty, Americans are right to lose confidence in our once revered justice system.
