Fox News ^ | May 6, 2018 | Joseph Weber

Joseph diGenova, a former Trump personal lawyer and U.S. attorney, said Sunday that the president will not agree to be interviewed by special counsel Robert Mueller in his Russia collusion probe because it has devolved into a “bad faith” investigation.

“The president will not sit down for an interview because this investigation has reached a level of bad faith,” diGenova told “Fox News Sunday.” “This is no longer a good faith investigation.”

Mueller and his team of lawyers investigating whether the 2016 Trump presidential campaign colluded with Russia to influence the outcome of the race purportedly want to interview Trump.

Hopefully President Trump won't play along with Mueller and his thugs by allowing an interview.

The power-mad cabal listed above have the diseased Third World mindset. Maybe they got bit by a tse tse fly?

Trump is always a fighter, but I’m SOOO glad he decided to listen to counsel. This whole deal is very tricky, with many, many traps in it that can spring on Trump if he uses the wrong wording. Thank you, all the good legal minds who are working so hard on this.

It always has been a bad faith “investigation.” It looks like it is getting more difficult for the media cabal to hide it.

Mulehead and his merry band of thugs and the press puke out their lies and other fodder and expect the sheeple to lap it up.

I was under the false impression that we don’t have “Super-secret” orders and probes of the personal ives and business of citizens. Guess I have been wrong all along.

Our gubment is busted. It too is a lie. The Representative Republic is dead.

I’m thinking you are correct and nobody knew for sure what he was going to do but him. He seems to be good at playing his intentions close to his vest while making people think he is being transparent. Interesting. I wonder if his books truly reveal his tactics?

It's not only a bad faith investigation, it's a partisan witch hunt. If Mule-Face is suppose to be investigating Russian collusion he shouldn't be allowed to go through the entire life of the president and his staff. The double standard between the Hillary investigation and Trump investigation is enormous. I wish Jeff Sessions would extract his head from the swamps ass.

Hrre is one thing that needs to happen. The next Trump official, supporter, or friend who is called to be interviewed or testify before a grand jury needs to take the Fifth. Then Mueller, if he wants the testimony must offer transactional immunity and transactional immunity requires a specific crime or crimes yhat the immunity will cover. As yet NO crime has been alleged or described other than process crimes. But someone seeking the protection of thecFifth Amendment must be immune from dtage action for the crime being alleged. It is time to make Mueller Name That Crime.

Fox Reporter: It’s 2024 and your probe is still going. Can you explain?

Meuller: Well, the wheels of justice grind slow and fine...

Fox Reporter: This is ridiculous, you have nothing and are still continuing.

Meuller: Remember, even Shakespeare talks about the delay of the law...

Reporter: Excuse me, but Trump has been in office for two terms and you have nothing to show on collusion or obstruction.

Meuller: We are now looking in whether he was thinking evil thoughts when petting his cat.

Fox Reporter: WHAT!

Meuller: See, the Russians are very advanced with mind control. We all remember the movie The Manchurian Candidate. We expect Putin is controlling his mind.

Fox Report: But Trump hasn’t broken any laws and you have no evidence for any of these claims.

Meuller: We have interviewed everybody yet. We think Kanye West and Rosanne are involved. Justin Bieber will be questioned next.

Fox Reporter: This is ridiculous why has’t the DOJ shut you down?

Meuller: They can’t shut us down till we tell them. That’s the agreement Comey had with Rosenstien and it is in writing too. It is legal.

Fox Reporter: So this witch hunt will continue till you find evidence?

Meuller: Look, when Trump pet that cat that was a big give away because it was a RUSSIAN BLUE! Sources tell us Russian Blues are the most seductive and devious cats and they have been known to work for the Kremlin.

Fox Reporter: Is there anything other than collusion and obstruction that you have on Trump?

Meuller: Well, he was not a nice person to Sessions and Stormy and that counts for a lot. That could tip at any moment, according to CNN, from impropriety into some form of legal jeopardy... and then we’ll have him.

Fox Reporter: There you have it folks.

"Trump would be a fool to agree with this interview."

Without question. Imagine having a notoriously dishonest prosecutor with an agenda and an unlimited budget, and the media behind him, going after you - looking for ANYTHING he can somehow spin and hang on you. Imagine trying to do your job during that.

Make no mistake. This can affect the North Korea negotiations. If Kim and his regime get the impression that Trump is under fire in the US, they'll wait him out.

Honestly, to fix the nation we need to replace most of Congress with people from the general populace. We can no longer afford to elect people who all went to the same overrated universities and law schools (and they are immensely overrated).

Yale and Harvard Law schools encourage and help their students to do externships in government in DC. They even guide/help them to get security clearance. Why? Because this perpetuates the connections between these overrated institutions and control of government. It is destructive to our democracy.

Funny how the left constantly gives lip service to 'diversity', but see no problem with having the entire Supreme Court and a huge number in our government all coming from a few universities. This has dramatically reduced the talent pool in government, and is a big reason the US has been underperforming as a nation.
