Joseph diGenova, a former Trump personal lawyer and U.S. attorney, said Sunday that the president will not agree to be interviewed by special counsel Robert Mueller in his Russia collusion probe because it has devolved into a “bad faith” investigation.

“The president will not sit down for an interview because this investigation has reached a level of bad faith,” diGenova told “Fox News Sunday.” “This is no longer a good faith investigation.”

Mueller and his team of lawyers investigating whether the 2016 Trump presidential campaign colluded with Russia to influence the outcome of the race purportedly want to interview Trump.

HA!

Mueller gets called out By Judge Ellis On his illegal investigative techniques, throwing a huge roadblock in front of the witch-hunt.

Two days later POTUS Donald Trump states, Nope, no interview (minefield) for your fake investigation.

Muller’s Hail Mary’s are a total failure.

And Joe's announcement in this article seems pretty authoritative.

Yes it does, and even though it's technically his opinion I doubt he'd make it if he wasn't darned sure.

Next step: Muller will subpoena Trump. It doesn’t matter whether there is any validity to it; what matters is that it can be another wild card to try and charge Trump with obstruction of justice.

I think the President is doing the right thing, furthermore, I think I know what the Mueller Mob did wrong.

They walked into an honest courtroom, and discovered what they were doing, that you can’t do in a Constitutional Republic.

Long live the Founding Fathers.

Finally ... reason prevails. It was never a good idea for Trump to testify.

The cabals’ seams are fast coming undone and when Sessions gets his House contempt citation this week it will be the beginning of the end. That redacted Rosenstein memo, which is billed as so secret it can not be released, will bring the house of cards down around the cabal. It will disclose that the cabal illegally used Title I eavesdropping authority, which Rosenstein personally and illegally extended for use against the Trump Team. The cabal illegally used Title I authority to hide the fact they were illegally spying on the Trump Team and also to circumvent getting a Title III criminal eavesdropping warrant, which was the only legal way for them to proceed, but one they knew they could never gain court approval to conduct. In short, Obozo weaponized and misused America’s secret national security eavesdropping apparatus to sabotage a national political election. Treason is the only word that defines such outrageous conduct.

Yes! The President may have also been whistling a dirty song while thinking evil thoughts when petting that cat. And he may have grabbed it too! It saw a bird and was going to jump out the window.

Interesting observation. Our Founding Father’s *planned* for Congress to be populated by people from the general populace. It was meant to be a part time gig.

The last thing our Founders wanted were career politicians. Patriots were to serve there country briefly, then return to their farms and businesses in the Real World, not spend a lifetime slopping at the public trough.

Trump never intended to kowtow to that jackass.

But, he has no choice but to keep putting cooperative noises out there. He had to give Mueller enough room to show America what a dishonorable hack he really is. Nothing anyone in the White House could have said would have mattered. This had to play out.

The judicial smack down the other day helped move things along nicely.

Mueller is going to look progressively crazier from here on out. It’s the Trump Effect.
