There's an extremely serious dump of emails that came from Wikileaks exposing Hillary Clinton for ordering top US Diplomats to steal the DNA and passwords from United Nations leadership.
The stunning email comes from the account of Hillary Clinton that used the address “hdr22@clintonemail.com”.

The latest in DNA tech is to clone DNA to plant at crime sites. Hillary would have the perfect blackmail.

More like planting it at a crime scene, or planting it to set up somebody for other reasons. I saw a true crime show once about a person (not sure if cop or civilian) who worked in a fingerprint section of a crime lab. She used tape or something to transfer a criminal’s fingerprint to (IIRC) a car door handle to set up someone and and draw attention from her, the actual criminal. It worked — for a while. I think she had murdered her husband, but it was a long time ago and my memory might be rusty.
DNA would be even more dangerous in this day and age.
DNA regarding the Witch, Bubba and Chelsa: with that, plus Webster Hubble’s, we’d know who Chelsea’s real father is.
Even if this was the official policy of the US government why wasn’t it send over SIPRNet (or above) rather than Hillary’s private server. I can understand her sending the uranium price list over “unofficial” channels, but this is really national security espionage operations.

Just a thought, but she could have Podesta arrange a ‘meeting’ between an underaged girl and the person (diplomat?) she’s chosen to blackmail.
Then they wait until the deed is done - and then someone goes in and bags up the bed sheet. Since she would have their DNA on file, no need to involve a lab.
Her victim would soon make a payment into the Clinton Family Money Laundering Foundation.
