“more wishful thinking from political pundits and media elites desperate to find anything to derail Donald Trump.”

Perhaps conservatives, in addition to liberals, can make the mistake of confusing wishful thinking with reality, but the grand prize goes to:

Hillary Clinton and the Democratic party in 2016.

As some of us have said for a couple of months, the whole “blue wave” crap was just that. I have seen NOTHING in the voter registration shifts that show anything but a “red wave.”

The most competitive candidates-—no Roy Moores-—won all the primaries. In OH, with 84% of the vote in, the GOP had 250,000 more voters turn out than the Ds. An OSU player won the primary for a house seat in Ohio State’s district. That’s like having Bear Bryant run in Alabama.

GOP continues to have NET voter registration gains in AZ, FL, IA, NC, NH, NM, NV, and PA (often quite large).

Turnout in TX in a primary was off the charts red.

So mostly good signs. I’m disturbed by Tester’s strength-—he should be a fat zero; and the division in the AZ GOP primary may hurt the winner; but we could pick up a Trumper when McTurd croaks and have the possibility of TWO Trumpers from AZ in a single year.

Wouldn’t that be a fitting end to McTurd’s legacy?

“If we manage to hand the Republicans a 60 seat supermajority in the Senate, what will there excuse then be for failing to implement the Republican agenda?”

It’s a fragile majority that includes vulnerable Republicans in liberal states. We have to protect our super-majority.

But I could be wrong; and hope that I am.

Th Senate looks really likely. We’ll need to see how the House goes. As the economy steadily improves, that’s bound to help Republicans.

Beware national generic ballot numbers. They are impacted by wide margins for Democrats in certain Congressional districts in California and New York. The only thing that really matters is a district by district analysis.

Not entirely true. To a large extent, a rising tide lists all boats. We used to be able to predict what numbers the democrats need in a reliable national poll to flip various close elections. What we can no longer do is tell how reliable polls are. Even the honest ones have an increasing level of conservatives refusing to respond at all and of conservatives who do respond being reluctant to reply honestly in areas where leftist bullying has intimidated them into silence. They still vote for freedom, but they do it quietly.

Democrats’ so called “assured” Blue wave, 2018 Election Dreams Could End Up as a Blue Wave Nightmare! If they were on track to beat us, the DNC would not be borrowing money!

Thanks to Navy Patriot and ObozoMustGo2012 for the above!

The left has worn people out and turned off a lot of moderates and independents with their 24/7 anti-Trump hysteria.

It’s the economy stupid, after an 8 year Obama recession things are looking up. Add to that numerous triumphant success like the N. Korea progress and it’s going to be hard for socialist Dems to make the case that we are not better off.

Trump will be campaigning in states like Indiana, Ohio and West Virginia. He (Trump) will help flip a lot of senate seats to Republican this November.

The pro-Trump groundswell is only just beginning as people realize that Trump is truly a once in a lifetime president who is having positive effects not just domestically but all over the world.
