Yeah, I'm calling BS on this one.
One of the things that makes bitcoin work is that everyone has a copy of the block chain. Think of it as a public ledger with all the transactions.
If the computer is isolated, it's not exactly public.
IMHO that is...

You can’t hoard bitcoin. It’s not tangible. Its conversion rate varies.
If a lot of people convert their holdings to money all at one time, the conversion rate will drop.
So, it’s stupid to talk about $10 B.
