What if they made him read Obama’s speeches where he denounced gay marriage?
Visited Coos Bay circa 1970. Never seen so many smelly, filthy hippies before or since.

The teacher said gay marriage is like getting married to a dog during a lesson. So, would it be okay to marry a dog at a time when a lesson is not taking place?

I transport wheelchair medical patients as a retirement job.
I had one really, really, crusty SOB one time, and he began cursing me, and Trump. Why he got Trump in there I don’t know, except I kind of look like I might be a Trump supporter.
After about 10 minutes he got to me, and got me really pissed off.
I turned on Rush.
In a minute he was begging me to turn it off, and after a couple more minutes I knew he was serious because there were no more cuss words, something entirely foreign to him I’m sure. He begged me and begged me.
Rush stayed on for the rest of the trip though.
Then I called dispatch and said I would never transport him again.
So reading the bible is now considered punishment?
It’s only punishment, if your a satanist.

My wife was punished by reading and reciting Shakespeare.
It’s not like they were making them sit through a German Stand-Up Comics’ act....
As a Christian, I don’t want kids forced to read any religious literature. If kids want to read it, fine. I think a place should be made available for kids to hold Christian service at school, for people who volunteer to participate. Then again, if I support that, I have to accept the followers of Islam being provided a space too.
They’ve sure corrupted our nation.

That would be cruel and unusual punishment for me too.
Maybe he/she/it might have learned something for reading the Good Book called the Bible.
As a track coach, my dad didn’t appreciate when phy ed teachers would use running as a punishment.
As an English teacher, our neighbor didn’t appreciate other treachery using writing as a punishment.
I see this through the same lense. As a Christian, I don’t appreciate using the precious and holy word of God as a punishment.
I’d be willing to bet that the administrator who used the Bible as a punishment doesn’t revere it-they are probably as scornful of it as the LGBTXYZ student.
