What is the scandal? I missed that part.
The problem here is that this has become a complicated story (maybe intentionally). Did the Russians conspire to convince people to vote a certain way? If they did...are we talking about more than the number of dead people that vote in each election? Did McCain involve himself into a fake fact campaign? Did McCain even know any facts? Did two fake intellectual/fake GOP consultants insert something into reality from Europe?
Did someone burrow themselves into the Trump campaign? Did it even matter?
Was Hillary really sick at the 9-11 Memorial? Did the FBI and DoJ create a fake conspiracy which led onto a fraudulent investigation?
This is about a spy ring and clandestine operation which broke into the campaign and wouldn't leave for years, then even continued into the next seated administration. The Special Counsel is to run interference to protect their own.

If the NYT has to write a story acknowledging that Obama’s FBI and CIA might have engaged in crimes bigger than Watergate, the Dems have a problem. Even if the NYT tries to spin it with their “both sides” BS.
