Other reports say the bystander retrieved his gun from car to confront the shooter. He was not carrying concealed.
Who the heck wears range style safety gear to a murder?
This has got to be a first.
Notice they are avoiding coverage of the hero!
The “405”?
Police Captain Bo Matthews told reporters the armed civilian was ‘a blessing’.
That is a cop with his head in straight.

Cue the ranters saying the perp was done wrong.
Takin’ out the trash.
I bet it really sucked for the bad guy when the good guy radically changed the plan of the day.
SHOOTING BACK gets results!
Citizen shoots perp story and is hero - the media won’t like this story.

Honestly, I could care less if this hero had a “permit”. If he did fine, if he didn’t he’s a hero and the governor will pardon him and do the right thing. Our states are infringing our constitutional rights by forcing permitting.
This armed Good Samaritan should be rewarded with a substantial bounty for saving OK taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars which would have been spent on this chunk of human debris for his trial, imprisonment and countless appeals. A fat reward would be serve as a fine incentive to other citizens who are licensed to carry guns.
Look for this to be the lead story on CNN tonight!
Um, not. Somebody get that fagotty anti-gun kid guy from Florida and let him respond to this. Punk.
Aaaaand down the media memory hole with this one. I had to laugh when I read that a reporter had demanded to know whether the defender had a permit or not, because it’s a cold fact that the media are literally disappointed that the people in the restaurant didn’t die and the perp did. Remember this next occasion you might have to talk to a reporter - they are not your friends.

The name of the hero should be made public. Not the name of the shooter.
