World War II was a continuation of World War I by the same means. I see a similar setting of the board, similar positions, similar entrenchments.
Shall I see a further continuation to WWIII? It seems likely that one escalation will lead to another until hostilities are no longer avoidable.
Here in the US, it seems to me that the civil war will be continued, though this time it will be over slavery to the state instead of slavery to another.
