The outrage is there without discrimination— convict and execute the murdering white high schoolers.
One incident is about a group of criminals, attempting to commit robberies and in the process brutally murder a cop. The other are mostly mentally ill individuals shooting people at random and then usually killing themselves. They're effing crazy. The others are just vicious criminals looking to cash in..$$ Apples and oranges.
Someone needs to notify Chicago PD about this. According to their department policy cars cannot be considered a deadly weapon.
When a white police officer kills a black, almost no matter the circumstance, it’s no justice no peace. When blacks kill whites, zzzzzzzzz. Why should the death penalty be off the table because a killer is 17 or 13 or 14? Even God in general won’t excuse a child from sin who is over about 9 years old.
Lock up the father too or put the kid in with the father if he is already in jail. Problem solved.

This is an instance that the police officer should have shot the driver of the vehicle before she was run over. If she did shoot him she would have been vilified and prosecuted for doing so.
