That is true but past Presidents have obeyed many court orders. Nixon tried to withhold spending and was ordered by the Court to spend it and he did. Obama on the other hand spent tons of money he was not authorized to spend. Comes down to perception and acceptance of the people on the end. If President Trump gives the Senate any reason to impeach, they will in a heart beat.
He doesn't have to obey them but unlike democrats republicans are eaten by their own.
This is going to be so fun. Mueller cant do squat. He will fail at every turn. You cant indict a president and he can absolutely pardon himself. Republicans will never convict in the Senatate!! NEVER. We pick up 6 to 12 seat in November!! This is a bloody rout and I just love it!! Actually I think we hold the House from everything I am seeing. I think Mueller will be indicted for theft of government property— I. E. tax dollars!1 I predict it!!
I’m with you to a point, but what if congress gets on Trumps back too, they could vote to impeach and the senate to find him guilty. Then what?

Have Sessions unRecuse himself, take over the general direction of the Collusion investigation, and tell Mueller to shove the subpoena up his ass. Then fire him for insubordination if her refuses to drop the idea/action.

I came on here this afternoon to do my daily scream at Fox for talkng the subject of impeachment to death.
Trump is not going to be impeached!! I am a senior but I will march on that one... pick up my rifle and go to war ... the left has to be stopped... this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in my life... there is no reason for it to have started.. there is no reason to keep it going... there is no reason for mueller to have a job.. there is no reason EXCEPT THE LEFT HAS NOT ACCEPTED THIS ELECTION AND THEY ARE ATTEMPTING A COUP IN OUR UNITED STATES!! The left is hell bent on choosing the President we have for this country! there is no elections.. it’s their choice and not ours!! and obama was their choice.. hillary was too weak in health to do 4 strenous years and they knew it.. obama was going to be the one... he must have had a fit during the inaugeration ceremonies when he had to smile and be the cool dude.
Did you know the deep state chooses who is our President and not the people’s vote? The meeting that was kicked off with this email from Ron Goldstone, the American agent for the Agalarovs? "...Emin just called and asked me to contact you with something very interesting. The Crown prosecutor of Russia met with his father Aras this morning and in their meeting offered to provide the Trump campaign with some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father. This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump - helped along by Aras and Emin. The same lawyer (as reported by the New York Times on April 27th, 2018) who has repeatedly said she was acting on her own — huddled with Vladimir Putin’s prosecutor general, Yuri Y. Chaika, in the months before the meeting?
The same lawyer who was banned from entering the USA had her travel-banned visa approved in a highly unusual process called "immigration parole" by DHS and the State Department (under Hillary Clinton)
That EXACT same lawyer who, in her own words (again, as reported by the New York Times on April 27th, 2018 said: “I am a lawyer, and I am an informant,” she said. “Since 2013, I have been actively communicating with the office of the Russian prosecutor general.”
The meeting where Anatoli Samachornov, the interpreter had contractual ties to the State Department under Hillary Clinton?

The same meeting where the Russian lawyer brought along a Russian named Rinat Akhmetshin, a former Soviet counterintelligence officer who has ties ongoing ties with Russian Intelligence?
The meeting where an American citizen Ike Kaveladze (who worked for the two Russian pop star Emin Agalarov and his father, Aras Agalarov (a Russian oligarch with direct ties to Vladimir Putin) who asked their agent Ron Goldstone to set up the meeting) ostensibly wanted to be at the meeting as an interpreter for the Russian Lawyer Veselnitskaya only to find he wasn't needed because "she brought her own (Samachornov) who had this most curious statement (from the apparently recorded transcripts of the meeting): "...Mr. Trump asked if they got anything on Hilary, and to which Mr. Akhmetshin responded, "Why don't you do your own research on her? We gave you the idea..."
And then nothing (apart from that statement was discussed above by Mr. Kaveladze) was discussed except for the statement above. They Russian side with the lawyer said they were going to talk about dirt on Hillary, but ended up saying absolutely nothing about that, and said they only came to talk about the Magnitsky act and child adoption processes, which Trump Jr. said wasn't even on the agenda.
Any normal person should read that paragraph and say "Hm." as in "Things that make you go "Hm"."
This goes on and on. Only an idiot would see this as anything other than a blatant setup. It was good that Trump Jr. released all the correspondence and details of the meeting
So it sounds like the POTUS is saying “I am the Executive, and I get to act accordingly.”
Seems to me from way over here in Oz is that there is an attempted coup going on. Now the trouble is proving it. Getting into Obama’s inner cricle aint going to happen but having something on someone close to them, enough to get information enough to make it believable to a judge to get wire taps and the get into their servers before they can clean them then the whole house of cards might come down. Trump will have to order the building of new Federal prisons there will be so many arrests. Still are there any or enough untainted people in Federal Law enforecemnt to make this happen. Honestly I think only commitment to prayer can make this unravel. I believe God would have all foul deeds exposed if we are willing enough to seek Him in it.
This whole area is full of danger for a Trump. It is a totally stacked political ploy because half the political segment of the federal government, three quarters of the bureaucracy, and virtually all of the media are hell bent on driving the president from office. They are unwilling to state the obvious and address reality in this whole affair.
Should Mueller obtain a subpoena, and the Supreme Court uphold it, then the court might direct the FBI or Secret Service to enforce the subpoena. Obviously this would violate the separation of powers, but do you really think they’re aren’t members of those two agencies willing to go to the mat to make Trump look bad. You might even have an armed confrontation, maybe even a shootout.
At that point Trump would be impeached and out of office within hours. All for doing absolutely nothing other than getting elected. Then we might reach a Julius Caesar moment when the Senate thinks they’re saving the Republic while they’re actually setting its demise in motion.
