He is Sex Offender. He sexually assaulted children. Christians do not sexually assault children. He has no right to a Bible while in solitary confinement.
Let's examine your statement(s), shall we?
-----
He is Sex Offender. This means he is a sinner. Much like you...
He sexually assaulted children. And sex offenses are sins for which Christ died, much like He died for yours...
Christians do not sexually assault children. Christians are not immune to sinning, but there are some Christians who seem to think that other's sins are more egregious than THEIR OWN pet sins or that THEIR OWN pet sins aren't real sins, much as you seem to imply is your belief.
He has no right to a Bible while in solitary confinement. While some authority may determine what rights and what books he might have in solitary, based on the direction you took this discussion via your comments I am extremely interested in hearing your BIBLICAL reasoning for this last statement (especially in the light of Luke 19:10) since through the Word he might come to repent, something that you would deny him the right to because you seem to think that your sin(s) are somehow less sinful than his.
You seem to be (only) one who would throw the rock in the story recounted for us by the Apostle John in the Gospel that bears his name. You can read about it in chapter eight.
It's really hard to miss since it's right there in the first 11 verses..
“Christians are not immune to sinning, but there are some Christians who seem to think that other’s sins are more egregious than THEIR OWN pet sins or that THEIR OWN pet sins aren’t real sins, much as you seem to imply is your belief.”
All of us have sinned, but not all of us have sinned by raping a child.
So yes, his sins are more egregious than my sins.
