The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday handed a narow victory to a Christian baker from Colorado who refused for religious reasons to make a wedding cake for a gay couple.

The play-acting begins immediately. (I see that they don’t actually talk about Nazis.) What if it’s a cake off the shelf? What if it’s cupcakes off the shelf instead of a cake off the shelf? What if it’s a cake off the shelf that already has a Bible verse on it? And in the end they just read the transcript from the CCRC and judge on that.
To late for the baker, but an interesting precedent.

Of course you can refuse a client for any number of reasons. Safety, distance, parking, availability to stores carrying materials, traffic hassles, you name it.

Homosexual “marriage” is an anti-rational use of Words/Langauge, and should NEVER have been allowed in any sane conversation or a RATIONAL COURT SYSTEM. Homosexual “marriage” is an oxymoronic and totally removed from traditions, Reason, Natural Law and science and Christianity (the only system of morality in the USA Constitution). The term denies Truth (God), denies science/biolgogy and denies Natural Law (Constitution).
The Marxists destroyed our Language/Words in our “legal” system to make it into Rule of Man and into irrational “laws” which are actually all “null and void” according to Justice John Marshall. Evil “laws” are non-existent in a true “Justice” system.
We need to return to a true Justice System and many “justices” need to be put in prison for treason.
I find that a 7-2 decision is much better than I expected thought the Democrats were all gay all the time no matter what.
It is embarrassing. Got straight A’s in English. Took Math courses in summer school for three years. My Dad was illiterate and could not spell. I once saw him looking over a counter at one of his employees using a calculator to add many 5 digit numbers and Dad was looking upside down at it and blurted out same correct number as she hit enter. Will never forget it. There were 432 entries.

Therefore, jurisprudence which attempts to harmonize them is bound to be confusing or even incoherent.

Here’s where the court is in error in their published opinions: In order to force the baker to sell what doesn’t exist (gay cake) the state must be able to force him to create one. That is clearly not within their power.
The bullet dodged here is that if the government has the power to force a business to sell (anything to anyone) then they also have the power to force you to buy from a particular business, whether you want to or not.
They gotta spin it so that they’ll be motivated and justified to block further nominations to SCOTUS. But they know perfectly well that it wasn’t even close, nor should it have been. There’s only so far you can stick your head up your a$$ and no further.
Maybe there was a concurring opinion that leaned towards dissent but didn’t go there, and that somehow makes it 6-1-2, but that’s rubbish.
