While this has already been happening for some time in the West through gradualism and the breakdown of Judeo-Christianity morality, to complete the job may require some form of tyranny. Basic raw human instincts without a moral compass will be the new paradigm. Despite that, people will still form their units of association or family for survival and protection - like in the movies Mad Max, or Escape from New York.
In his future world, he’d have to find another job as there is no need for family court where this jurist presently wears his fake hair and clown suit. He obviously has too much time on his hands today.
