It was called a con at the time. Jill admitted she had no evidence and raised more money for the recount than she did during her campaign. Then there was the question if a bot was feeding her campaign at a rate of $160k/hr since it is a little odd for a fundraiser to have a consistent income all hours of the day.

If Jill goes to Jail for this, Trump should pardon her, if anything just to stick it to Hillary because one of the reasons that Hillary lost was Jill siphoning off pissed off Bernie votes away from Shrillary...
