Oonagh Dalgliesh is the first to admit she feels broody. She is enchanted by the idea of watching a baby grow up, of marvelling at that first crooked smile, those tentative first steps and the fledgling attempts at independence that melt most mothers’ hearts.
Even so, she has decided she will never experience the joy of discovering she is pregnant.
At 32, Oonagh is certainly of child-bearing age. With a well-paid job as an events manager, she is financially solvent. And for the past year, she has been in a serious relationship with a man who is longing to become a dad.

Why not just be honest, and say that they don’t want the responsibility and burden of children? They aren’t doing it for some high Noble purpose. They just want to be free to be hedonistic adults without any responsibilities.
Not to worry cause the muzzies they imported have MORE than enough babies to make up for the entirety of the indigenous british population.

There’s their sad side of things, and then there’s the possibility of another Einstein or Hawkings or billions of other vital people that would make humanity better.
So forget having that one child, that may save humanity or add to it’s richness of life.

I wonder if they have any time to worry about those nieces of theirs. How will they cope when Muslims are in the majority. One thing I have noticed as I get older - liberals claim to be thinking of the future when they are only responding to the current fad about environmentalism.
It is because of the future that I am a conservative and a practicing Catholic. Any Christian of any denomination thinks in terms of the future and how western civilization raised up humanity. The number one reason for this - Jesus Christ and his followers.
These women are throwing away their lives for foolish reasons without a firm foundation.
I have no problem with ignorant people like that not pro-creating!! Removing one more source of stupidity from the gene pool is a good thing as far as I am concerned!!
Let’s take a good hard look at the people who are creating the innovations needed to make life better for people on Earth. These are the people we need more of.
Then there are the people who exist purely for the purpose of transforming food into poop. These are the people we could use less of.
Perhaps we should stop subsidizing the latter group, and encouraging the former group to have MORE kids. For myself, I’ve done my part as far as breeding and raising productive kids.
I do not have children by choice. I saw my friends and collegues have children that turned out to be losers. I wanted a choice of who was going to be in my life, and having children was a crapshoot. Of all my friends, only one couple had children that turned out well. Another couple has a child who is scary mentally ill.
I am in my late 50s and not regretting it. Not having children has made my husband and I save more for retirement. As a nurse, I see way too often elderly patients whose children are not around, they live in a different state or just dont bother to visit.
God wants us to have godly offspring.
They are not godly when they have mental issues, drug addicted, lazy who do not want to work, or dont speak to you anymore because of divorce, and they take one side over the other. Or they just dont come by anymore.
All I described is my friends and family.
