Why did the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ban the denial of black people from being served? Why can’t a restaurant owner deny people of color or any reason they don’t like a customer?

FISH - the STATE Laws disenfranchised a set of peoples - very similar to what the U.S. G'ment did to the U.S Japs on the West coast during WWII.

The G'ment CANNOT Discriminate or enact legislation to discriminate.

PRIVATE individuals can do what ever they choose, including business. Otherwise you do not have FREEDOM

If a business discriminates - by having HIGH Prices or some other methods people will not buy their stuff

I want y’all to spend the entire day beating the hell out of me for DARING, daring I tell you, to have a different opinion than FreeRepublic.

Keep sending me Freepmail, keep doing it.

I ain’t backing down.

I think it was a silly thing.

Bear in mind that this case is not over yet BUT the Baker DID WIN!

He was NOT forced to bake the cake.

Which is fine by me because that couple could very easily have just gone to another Baker.

On their part it was just as silly and small.

All over a damn cake.

But keep beating me up.....don’t stop. How dare my opinion differ from yours!
