I submit the school and other would-be mass killings are by psychotics. They are, on should be on psychiatric drugs. They represent the failure of the psychiatric doctor community to diagnose correctly and a failure of our communities to provide psycho institutions to get them off the streets.

Some are and some people are just plain evil. Their moral compass is completely missing or totally oriented to their own wants and desires. These people are frequently called "Democrat Politicians."
There appears to be an uncanny correlation between these white mass murderers and psychiatric drugs.
Sitting in a doctor’s office last year I read an article that in 31 of the most recent murders (or attempts), at schools and the like, the shooter was on one of the hard, usually prescription, drugs, it also noted a high percentage of suicides are also related.
Interestingly, the mental health community has counseled law enforcement not to inform the public of this fact because others on the drugs may stop using them and become worse. - a very complicated problem.
It seems to me we need to concentrate our attention and prayers to combating the actual causes. These are people with mental health issues. Maybe, just maybe it is the psychiatric community who are failing us and all society..

You assume a “Washington based think tank” speaks for all police? How naïve are you? Probably run by a bunch of liberal former big city police chiefs and funded by Soros.
I assume that they speak for police management. I assume that police will follow orders from their bosses as they have in every totalitarian country on earth. Human nature good buddy - how naive of you to assume otherwise. To make your assumption that the rank and file won’t follow orders says human nature is different in the USA than it is in other countries. Just ain’t so.

Every School Crosswalk is a potential Killing Zone. A nice Old Lady holding up a STOP Sign and wearing a Bright Green Safety Vest will not deter it from happening.

They want to disarm us because a disarmed populace is helpless to resist tyranny, and tyranny for the USA that would make the Soviet Union look like a libertarian paradise is what the Democrats want for the USA.
