Is Naylor the fall guy for a nefarious conspiracy or just a good old boy who exercised poor judgement in a "hold my beer and watch this" moment.

There certainly do seem to be plenty of our domestic enemies willing to take a train/bullet for their sanctimonious cause....

If his lawyers can get his trial moved to Arlington or Fairfax counties he’ll walk.

If my job was going around picking-up other people’s garbage I’d probably drink a lot too.

Not that it excuses him.

VA §18.2-51.4 specifies alcohol as the intoxicant. Wonder why none of the articles I just looked at mention the intoxicant...

contrary to popular belief I believe those guys make a decent buck for their edu and skill level.
Maybe the negative responsibility factor and repetitive mindless job function coupled with decent bucks adds to the dilemma

There was a time when the smallest bottle of the cheapest whiskey placed on top of almost anything would make it disappear with no extra fees. Somehow, I think this still works.

This guy deserves the book to be throw at him, if what they say is true. He could have killed many more people. And I come from a trucking family!

This is just wrong and no excuse for it exists!

It looked like a set-up to me. It has taken long enough to get this weak excuse.
