Ham sandwich.
I am getting tired of this judges taking on administrative authority.
They should decide issues between two parties- NOT order new government programs.
Separation of church and state.....
Just keep their normal evening meals stacked in the kitchen. Let’s see: prepared at about 4:30 PM ... delivered for them to eat after midnight ... ought to be real tasty ...
Another Obama hold-over??? Keep draining the swamp....
Are Jewish prisoners also permitted their dietary requirements?
Judge making law.
Not appropriate at all.

Is this federal judge going to supply the funds to provide these meals?

The state would be perfectly with in their rights to ignore this idiot.

Your choice:
pig roast
ham sandwiches
bacon burgers
or get the hell out!
Washington state had a death row inmate (Mitchell Rupe) become morbidly obese, avoiding death by hanging, via buying snacks at the commissary
Doesn’t this mean that they have to kill the animals and offer what they are killing to their moon god?
Give them a jar of peanut butter and a couple of slices of bread. There’s their dinner.
Another prison denied an inmate a bible; not defending his motive but the
ACLU is missing in action.
