Bill Introduced In Congress That Would Require Gun Owners To Be Licensed & Sales Tracked
Freedom Outpost ^ | June 11, 2018 | Tim Brown

Needless to say, you don't need a license to own a gun, just like you don't need a license to engage in any of the other rights that are supposed to be protected under our Constitution, like exercising the Christian religion in public, free speech, freedom of the press or freedom of assembly.

Here's just another way that Communist Democrats are attempting to regulate and restrict your God-given right to keep and bear arms. A bill introduced last week in the House by Representative Bobby Rush as H.R. 6024 and in the Senate as S.3002 by Senator Tammy Duckworth would require all gun owners to be licensed by the federal government and all gun sales tracked.

Needless to say, you don't need a license to own a gun, just like you don't need a license to engage in any of the other rights that are supposed to be protected under our Constitution, like exercising the Christian religion in public, free speech, freedom of the press or freedom of assembly.

The Blair Holt Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2018 has been introduced by Rep. Rush on several occasions: 2007, 2009, 2013 and 2015. All of them miserable failures.

What kind of nitwit pinheads vote for these anti-Free-America losers? Sheesh! Talk about morons and retards...

I know the California and Massachusetts delegations also are in the running, but I contend the Illinois Congessional delagation is the worst in he Nation. Starting with Senators Turban Durbin and Duckworth and including House luminaries such as Black Panther Bobby Rush, Luis “We don’t need no stinking borders” Guitterez, Danny “Big Dummie” Davis, Jan “My husband is not a crook” Schakowsky, and Brad “the Weasel” Schneider.

In regards to Duckworth, she was running against RINO Mark Kirk. Us conservatives chose to leave that choice open and thus Duckworth is Durbin’s new puppet.

The right to peaceably assemble in public requires a permit in most places. That often is a problem now and will get more restrictive in the future.

First require people to get a government license (with substantial fees, government background checks and suitable long delays) for buying a newspaper, book or magazine, or for publishing anything in dead-tree or electronic versions (including one’s own opinions on FB, Twitter, etc.), and THEN I will consider this bill...

...though my answer will still be: “No. Your move.”

Let the Dems make licensing your guns and raising your taxes their major issues for the elections this fall and see what the people think.

Are we smarter than the Democrat party? Since 1994 when guns ware the D's issue, the Democrats lost the House for the first time in over 40 years! Gun shops had a mug shot of B. Clinton giving him honors for the top gun salesmen in the nation!

They lose, lose, lose every time they talk about taking away our gun rights, when are they going to wake up? I hope never, but it is still a little frightening how radical and militant they are on this issue.

[[Their stupid reply is: Well you need a license to drive a car which is dangerous.]]

The answer to which is:

“Driving is not a constitutional inalienable right’ it’s a privilege granted by the government/state. Self protection using guns is a constitutional right, an inalienable right, which the government and state have no right violating, and which don’t need a license no more so than exercising any other constitutional right needs one. Free speech can result in dangerous situations too when someone is offended by what we say- shall we require a license for that as well?”

You can Legally drive a Car on Private Property.

It only becomes Illegal when you drive a Car on a Public Roadway without being Licensed.

Liberals think you don’t have the RIGHT to own and carry a Firearm on either Public or Private Property.

This is probably the case because they don’t think you have a Right to own Property in the first place.

Anyone can introduce a bill. This will die in committee and never see the floor.

My inalienable rights don’t depend o nwhat liberals think- I have a God given right to protect myself and family and others that supersedes their liberal agenda

I agree, but what Liberals think does matter when they become Lawmakers and Judges who have no belief in our Inalienable Rights and they succeed in convincing a majority of the Electorate to go along with it.

BINGO!!! Great idea. Track the thieving scumbags! Then make them pay double taxes on it. And double match for SS so that problem will be solved.

But see, they don’t know or understand that. Remember when 0bozo came out with that ACA and those same people came out saying “Well, you need insurance to drive a car” - their answer to why you have to buy health insurance (which is not health care) morons.
