Numerous FBI agents accused of leaking appear to have improperly received benefits from journalists, reflecting a “cultural attitude” flaunting Bureau policies on unauthorized media contacts, the Justice Department Inspector General report concluded. The Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General made the discovery as it struggled to identify possible FBI agents improperly transmitting to reporters, according to its report released Thursday on the agency’s handling of the 2016 probe into Hillary Clinton’s unsecured, private email server.
According to the watchdog report, investigators had “profound concerns about the volume and extent of unauthorized media contacts by FBI personnel that we have uncovered during our review.”
“[W]e identified instances where FBI employees received tickets to sporting events from journalists, went on golfing outings with media representatives, were treated to drinks and meals after work by reporters, and were the guests of journalists at nonpublic social events,” Inspector General Horowitz wrote.
“We do not believe the problem is with the FBI’s policy, which we found to be clear and unambiguous. Rather, we concluded that these leaks highlight the need to change what appears to be a cultural attitude.”

This is something else we all knew was going on, but nothing will be done about it. In fact, nothing will be done about anything the IG found. It was an exercise in futility. Hillary Clinton is walking around free after hiring a firm to bleach her hard drives and smashing her phones to destroy evidence, and the jerk Comey said he doesn’t see any intent on her part. This is proof positive that nothing will happen. They are democrats, what the hell!

Wouldn’t it have been more appropriate to demonstrate the FBI’s “profound concerns about the volume and extent of unauthorized media contacts” by indicating the number and names of individuals and the number of events involved? This almost guarantees that this issue (which almost assuredly would highlight bias) will be swept under the rug.

I did a quick sneak peak at CNN news, and they are NOT covering anything of the FBI scandal, or the IG report. It is all about the Trump Foundation and Trump saluting a General. Boy, CNN is really showing their true colors. Hopefully Americans who want the NEWS will leave them behind in the sewage of misery.
