He’s focusing on Crime in his district.
Patrick Fitzgerald was a Special Counsel Appointed to investigate the Plame case, and dedicated to that.
Huber has real job and he’s accountable to the people of Utah.

O’muslim-Soros-Hillary. Rod didn’t get to be DAG by chance. Sessions didn’t recuse himself by chance. Mueller’s special counsel coup didn’t happen by chance.
“INSUBORDINATE” = whitewash for corrupt & being a Clintoon/Obummer agent.
Trump stated he fired Comey because he was insubordinate.
The IG report confirms this.

Goodlatte wants somebody outside of the DOJ, not Huber. He wants a Special Prosecutor.
I don’t believe the charge of insubordination holds water. If Comey were truly insubordinate, the AG would have held a press conference within the hour to remind the people that the FBI Director does not make decisions on whether to prosecute, that Comey overstepped his authority and that the AG would be consulting with the President tomorrow about Mr. Comey’s future. Unless, of course, Comey was doing the bidding of the AG and the President, which is not insubordination.
The Deep State.
Not to parse “insubordination”, but one can be insubordinate to the rules, norms, and practices of an institution even if they are doing the bidding of their “bosses.”
Comey’s oath was not given to Lynch or Obama and he failed to follow the rules for how investigations work - investigation and referral to prosecutor for action. It was a form of insubordination - not to a person, but to an institution.

Yes, and it's exactly what you would expect.
U.S. Attorney for Utah, John W. Huber, was appointed by Obama.
Trump re-nominated Huber, and no Democrat Senators voted against him.
Jeff Sessions appointed Huber to assist Inspector General Michael Horowitz on various investigations.
Horowitz was also appointed by Obama.
That was one of the most stunning scenes in all 20th century cinema, and the entire Godfather series in all 20th century American literature, for that matter.
