The Department of Health and Human Services hosted Breitbart News and other media on a tour of a facility in El Cajon, California, on 'Friday' where migrant children are being sheltered.
The children are separated from their parents or, to be precise, from the adults accompanying them, 'who may or may not be their parents' when their parents cross the southern U.S. border illegally and are caught and detained.
The facility at El Cajon, however, is not a cage. It is a comfortable facility providing lodging, meals, clothing, medical care, education, recreation, counseling, and other services.

APPROX 150,000 English children were removed from their parents during the bombings during WWII,some were even sent overseas (Canada).
Not much whining in those days.
.
There are a million war vets in this country who don’t live that well.
So, where did they get the picture(s?) of the kids in the cage? (I only saw one.) What are they basing their BS claims on?
Scroll down for pictures and more details.
The horror! These children have improved their standard of living by at least 1000% by being housed in refugee facilities. There are US-born children who don’t live nearly as safely or well in some American inner cities.
Looks like the nursing home I just got out of in April. What’s all the uproar about?
It was proven to be a picture during Obama’s term in office. So of course once truth was discovered it’s not been out there.
They never are concerned if what they spew is fake or not or even found out false.....their agenda is to get it out there and push their story over and over again until the image is planted into peoples minds.
Visual is very powerful.
That food is no MO approved.
Take it away before they learn to like it...
The Dems and Hollywood spewed out a photo a couple weeks ago of a kid in a cage....truth revealed it was during Obama’s term in office so we don’t see it anymore. But as they do they pushed the photo and story long enough to rile the masses.
That’s a very good point....
....if Us Citizens commit crimes (breaking the law) and go to jail ‘they get separated’ from their kids! So illegals breaking the law should not expect preferential treatment for breaking the law.
Why couldn’t buses return the kids to mexico’s authorities since they let them through without thought.
.....”Mexico has the 15th largest economy on the planet”....
It would not be so without the billions illegals send back there.
That’s very true, but we’re trying now to fix that.
It is demonstrably a lower priority than the accommodation of foreign invaders, by the fact that the aliens have these accommodations already and war vets do not.
Yes this is true of course. I often think the Hollywood crowd could easily afford to sustain these kids on the other side of the border.....surely they wouldn’t mind putting their investments in these children they screeching so loudly they care about!..
Probably the best many of them have ever had it.
The PUSS [press] are nothing but trouble makers. They need tarred and feathered.
I tell you what. Put anchovies on those pizzas and they will be begging to go home.
Drop them on the steps of the capitol of the country from which they hail. There is no such thing in the world as a stateless individual. If they are unaccompanied minors, they are wards of their home country. If they are accompanied by a single adult, they need to produce the court order from their home country allowing that single adult parent to remove the child from the country, or, back to the steps of their home country capitol.
We have 300,000 flooding our borders yearly. How dare the press beat us up for having a few thousand minors housed in transit centers. When they should be beating up on the sh...hole countries that are apparently so bad their citizens don’t want to be there.
