Such rulings make us the laughing stock of the world. It is complete nonsense to pretend we have a functionally representative form of government when participating in the vote does not require proof of eligibility.

Disgusting. Something else to add to the to do-list of things to fix in America 2.0 after Revolution 2.

Maybe I’m off base, but don’t we citizens have standing g to countersue, based on being disenfranchised if our votes are diluted by illegal voters? Has anyone ever sued based on this? I’m sure I’m.not the first person to ever think it’s not right that illegal alien voters can dilute the count of legal voters.

The question of Obama's eligibility for office demonstrated conclusively that individual voters do not have standing regarding electoral issues. The court's argument is that any "damage" is too diluted and does not directly affect an individual, or some sort of similar legal jargonese crap.

Patriots, we need to work with state lawmakers in supporting Pres. Trump to lead the states to repeal the ill-conceived 17th Amendment.

The 16th Amendment can disappear too.

She believes that qualified voters should not be inconvenienced when registering to vote. The Democrats believe that everyone entering the U.S. should be automatically registered to vote because any procedure that would require the voter to do anything would suppress their right to vote. If they are not qualified to vote, they won’t, that would be wrong.

If you don’t need proof of identity to vote, then you don’t need proof of identity to buy guns. Rights are rights. Just sayin’.

Kansas requires an ID to vote. That wasn’t the issue in this case. Kansas requires that you prove that you are a citizen when registering to vote. Birth certificate or naturization papers does the trick. If you want a Real ID when you renew your driver’s license so that you can get on an airplane, you must produce a (wait for it, wait for it) a birth certificate or naturalization papers. This is a nonsense issue, but it’s part of the Democrat scheme to enable voter fraud. Democrat Federal Judge are full partners in this illegal conspiracy.

How about States start telling these unconstitutional judges....to (——) themselves?

Judges are not the end all be all of States rights.

What’s the judge gonna do? Send in the clowns to arrest the State?

Bush was a big mistake .

As time goes on this is really coming into focus. He was barely a republican and certainly not a conservative.

BAM - Big Ass Mistake.

This crazy Julie Robinson must be removed from office. It was on the news about a judge being removed in California. Why not her?

Only the U.S. House can impeach a federal judge, and the “lawmakers” will swiftly look the other way to avoid confrontation.

So by the time they have enough elections in Kansas to vote for exactly two senators, how does that accomplish a damn thing?

The RATs are going to cheat using non citizens and also using under age kids signed up by that dirtbag Hogg and his indoctrinated nutcases.

They will make big scenes at the polls if challenged.

Our vote is as corrupted as everything else.
