Okay, so I'm watching the congressional hearings this morning. They are questioning IG Horowitz. At 12:35 PM EDT, maybe 2 hours in, Rep Jordan is questioning Horowitz.
At that point Shirley Jackson Lee interrupts with "Parliamentary procedure" question. It's not of course...it's an attempt to make a political point. BUT she says, and I quote "and as well to fire Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein which they’re planning to do on Friday”
They certainly seemed, in the investigation that makes the case that Rosenstein should be fired.
Somebody else want to confirm?

Why would Trump pre-brief a crazy woman who is his sworn enemy on his intentions? Furthermore, why should we beleive the rants of a crazy women?
Rosenstein was the guy who recommended,in a memorandum, that Comey should be fired.
And despite this, there are idiot libs who believe that there is a case against Trump for obstruction because he fired Comey. Gee, what would be the document the Trump defense team would present as Exibit 1?

I slipped out of the building in a canvas laundry cart and ran for the nearest white man’s enclave (a library).
My dream is that we suddenly find out that a secret investigation has been going on for the last two years - and that a huge number of DC politicians and agency heads are begin arrested “as we speak” for a wide array of crimes against the US that include bribery, racketeering, money laundering, numerous violations of security clearances, and even espionage. That a special detention facility has been set up to house the approximately 1100 being arrested - including numerous Senators and Representatives, hundreds of lobbyists, and even multiple Federal Judges.
Alas - the rumor in the OP is about the best we can hope for.
